So last week I said that if I was still pregnant I would write another bump update, well… I’m not. Pregnant that is… but I am going to give y’all an update!
Taylor Reese was born July 2nd at 9:57am! Taylor is my middle name (and my great-grandmother’s maiden name) and Reese is my husband’s middle name (and the name he goes by). My mom’s last name is also Reece, but we spelled it my husband’s way so that we would have a name from each!
She and I are both doing great! I’ll post details about her birth later, but we did have an unplanned C-Section, so recovery has been slow for Momma! But we couldn’t be more thrilled with our little girl and are enjoying the time we get to be with our little human! I’m a bit biased, but she is beyond cute and is such a snuggle bug!
More details to come after Mom and Dad manage to get a bit more sleep! We got to come home on Sunday from the hospital, so we are getting into the swing of things here at the house and figuring out what our new normal looks like!
